Free shipping on all orders with a shipping destination in the USA with a subtotal of $150.00!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm CST are processed within a 2-3 day period. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday, Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays are processed within 3-7 day business days.

Your package then will arrive within 3-7 business days of the processing date. Carpe Noctem Candle Co ships UPS Ground (estimated (5-7 business days) for our domestic USA customers. Military addresses can take up to 10 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Where do you ship your products?

We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!

Do you ship internationally? If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to contact@carpenoctemcandleco.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at contact@carpenoctemcandleco.com

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email contact@carpenoctemcandleco.com and we'll help resolve your issue! Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include order processing time.

My items look different than the pictures?
Please keep in mind that many of the Carpe Noctem Candle Co. products are hand made, using organic materials. There will likely be variations in color, texture, and finish.

Returns
We hope you love your item- but in the rare case that you don't, here's our return policy:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, please email contact@carpenoctemcandleco.com to begin the return process.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Carpe Noctem Candle Co, your return must be within 7 days of receiving item and may be for a merchandise exchange or store credit.

You are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Carpe Noctem Candle Co. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

We ship items to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 3 days and we will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.
